Shannon’s job is to make sure every student gets the best possible support when planning for life within and after education. She oversees our Supported Internships and careers guidance, working closely with tutors and our Curriculum Lead to include meaningful careers learning in everyday lessons, design and deliver our careers programme, and make sure everything runs smoothly! If you have a question about where to start – Shannon will have the answer!

Jack helps EMA students find work experience! Whether you’re working in our on site-cafe or gardens at Moreton, or on placement with one of our many community employment partners, Jack can help make sure you have everything you need to feel confident, and find work experience which suits your goals and careers aspirations.
Mark Pentland
Job Coach
Mark supports interns on Supported Internships, helping you to develop valuable workplace skills, travel training, build confidence in in yourself, and get you where you need to go! If you ever have a problem on placement, you can go to Mark and he will help you find a way to solve it.
